3. Improving your acceleration mechanics (how your body, limbs and joints move) & deceleration mechanics (how to slow down or land without getting hurt)
4. Improving your proactive and reactive agility by learning to change direction quickly and correctly
5. Increasing your foot speed by repetition of sports specific drills
6. Develop your strength and power for sport with a variety of jumping, leaping, skipping and hopping drills
